Please note you can view our full terms and conditions at www.travel-pa.com/termsandconditions where you will find our Cancellation and Amendment policy as well as Complaints procedure when overseas.  Please note, when you book your overseas travel arrangements with us, we very rarely provide published information within our website and do not produce a brochure.  Therefore all representations and recommendations made are verbal and often because your Travel-PA has been to the resort/hotel or has had satisfied customers return from the resort/hotel.  Sometimes the resort is chosen by the customer independently without any recommendation from us, and therefore in all circumstances we STRONGLY advise that for further information about your resort/hotel and any other services you have booked that you investigate the
independent opinions of customers on third party websites such as “Trip advisor ”www.tripadvisor.co.uk” or sites showing “Feefo” for details of their independent comments on quality, comfort and levels of service.  We are unable to verify any comments made by consumers on those sites.  In most cases, if you are not happy with your hotel/resort (and this is justified) and we cannot resolve the situation in the resort, we will offer an
alternative and either refund or ask for a supplementary charge to cover the difference in costs and look to recover the cost of the unused
accommodation nights from the provider of any unsatisfactory service.  However, in rare circumstances, the hotel booked could be a
non-refundable special offer or may dispute any criticisms made by you and in such circumstances, we may be unable to recover the costs of the unused nights.

Travel Insurance
It is a condition of booking a holiday with Travel-PA that you arrange adequate travel insurance, your Travel-PA can help, bypassing you to a 3rd party Appointed Representative.  Travel-PA will not be held responsible if the travel insurance you have booked proves to be inadequate and does not cover you for all the activities you may carry out on your holiday, so ensure you read the small print within the terms and conditions of your chosen insurance provider.  All other passport holders must check the visa requirements for all sur-charge on lending/charge cards and 4% for Corporate cards registered outside the UK destinations being visited as well as transit stops en route.  Please note it is the responsibility of those travelling to ensure visa/passport and health requirements are met by visiting the relevant embassy, which can be found at www.fco.gov.uk/en.

Government Travel Advice
The Foreign and Commonwealth Office (FCO) Travel Advice Unit monitors all overseas destinations and offers advice to British citizens.  In order to be fully informed of safety issues, crime rates, political stability and local customs you can view the advice at
www.gov.uk/foreign-travel-advice.  We monitor FCO advice carefully and on occasion may be required to cancel trips, re-route itineraries or make other changes to trips based on the warnings given.  Any decision will always be taken in the interests of your safety and security and will be communicated fully with you.

Advanced Passenger Information (APIS) & Electronic System for Travel Authorisation (ESTA)
Please With tightened security around the world, we are now required to collect ‘Advance Passenger Information’ from all passengers before air tickets are issued.  It is imperative that the data below be provided for each the person within one week of confirming your holiday/flights:
Passport Number, Issuing Country, Passport Expiry Date, Given Names (as they appear on the passport), Surname, Gender, Date of Birth and Nationality.
When travelling to the USA, the US authorities require some more detailed information from visitors.  UK & EU passport holders are required to
complete an ESTA (Electronic System for Travel Authorisation) via the WEB (https://esta.dhs.gov).

Laptops and Tablets Ban
New security measures have been introduced by the UK Government on flights from Turkey and Egypt to the UK. Laptops, tablets and e-readers aren’t allowed in hand luggage and must be packed in hold baggage. Please ensure you have hold baggage booked for the applicable flight.

About Your Flights
Delays
Scheduled airlines will usually provide refreshments, meals or accommodation when there is any substantial flight delay and when this is possible to arrange.  Travel-PA does not provide refreshments, meals or accommodation if there is any delay.
Flight Routings
Direct Flight: a flight where there is no change of aircraft en route, but stops are possible for refuelling or to allow passengers on or off.  Non-Stop Flight: a flight without stops or change of aircraft en route. Flight ‘via’’: a flight via a point as stated in the itinerary and where there is at least one aircraft change en route.
Flight Changes
In the event of a change of airline, aircraft type or destination airport, cancellation by you of your contract will be subject to our normal
cancellation charges.  In circumstances where we are advised by the airline of such a change, we will endeavour to advise you or your Travel Agent.  Minor timing changes, if known, will be shown on your flight ticket/s and itinerary.  You should check these carefully on receipt of your travel documents.

Avoid Surcharges
Airport Taxes
The price of your travel arrangements is subject to surcharges for increases in transportation costs (e.g., fuel) and Taxes or Government action, such as increases in VAT or any other Government-imposed increases can be passed on at the time of ticket issue.  To avoid this we must either collect the FULL balance at the time of booking or where possible we will inform you prior to the increase and immediate payment of the ticket cost will be required so that we or your travel provider can issue the ticket.
Check your booking
It is your responsibility to check all the components of your booking as mistakes cannot always be rectified without incurring additional costs. Please note the names provided at the time of booking must be as per passport.  Any errors may result in increased holiday costs or
administration fees.  Any corrections and other information should be advised to us immediately as, after ticketing, no name changes can be permitted.
Observing Payment Due dates
Due to restricted seat inventory and ticketing deadlines, it is imperative to observe the ‘payment due date’ otherwise bookings may automatically be cancelled. For bookings accepted with a deposit, the balance should be paid as advised at the time of booking.  Travel-PA CANNOT be held
responsible for late payments resulting in extra flight charges.  Special advance purchase fares may also require an earlier payment due date and ticketing date, one of our Travel-PAs will advise accordingly.

Travelling with Children
If travelling with a child and only one parent is present, please be aware that you must have the permission of everyone with parental
responsibility before that child can be taken abroad.  You automatically have parental responsibility if you’re the child’s mother, but you still need the permission of anyone else with parental responsibility before you take the child abroad.  A letter from the person with parental responsibility for the child is usually enough to show you’ve got permission to take them abroad.  You might be asked for the letter at the UK or foreign border.  The letter should include the other person’s contact details and details about the trip.  If you are a single parent but your family name is different from the child’s you are advised to travel with evidence of your relationship (eg a birth certificate) and a divorce or marriage certificate.  You should also check the requirements of the country you are travelling to as they may have additional specific requirements and the age limit up to which a person is considered a child may vary.

Special dietary requirements
Special diets should be noted on the booking form; however, it is not always possible to expect special diets to be catered for in some of the
destinations we feature.  We will advise the hotels and airlines of your request but we cannot guarantee their availability.  If you have an airborne nut allergy you must make us aware at the time of booking as most airlines require this information in advance of travel.

Please note that all special meals for flights must be requested at least 48 hours in advance.
