Recently my nephew Josh Howard got married and due in the pandemic (as you can imagine) a lot of changes meant that having the wedding they had was not the one they had in their minds. During a private reception It was brought to my attention that the happy couple were going to delay their honeymoon as there was nothing available within times they wanted and nothing within their budget.

Enter Super Penny - I connected Josh and Penny together and gave Penny a brief background to what they were looking for. She was able to come up with a number of options for them, well within their budgets.

I had booked a honeymoon for my daughter, which was cancelled. I can see that she was disappointed, during our conversation, she mentioned that her new husband had never been on a cruise. After speaking to my wife, we decided that we would surprise them both with a family cruise. I contacted Penny Blay from Travel PA, I asked her what were the possibilities of producing a voucher for a family cruise? Penny gave me the costing of a family of four for a cruise, that will include two children. We agreed on a price and Penny designed a voucher that I could present to them after the father of the bride speech. It was fantastic, and it was perfect gift for the happy couple.

I presented the voucher to my daughter and the look on her and her new husband faces was priceless and they loved it. One of the groomsmen said he was going to marry her sister so that he could go on a cruise.

I cannot thank Penny enough for making a couple’s day even better. They are looking forward to booking their holiday as soon as they are able. I was asked by a number of the guest about Penny, I hope that they will be booking with her soon?

We have had three holidays booked through Penny Blay and haven't been able to go on any of them due to the world of COVID-19. But you know what, despite the disappointment and frustration for us; the business implications for Penny; we have had the best customer service you could ask for in dealing with the cancellations, postponements, refunds, rearrangements and new bookings for 2022 (fingers crossed). The customer service in this time when we and she could have simply said enough has been second to none. And if this is the customer service and attention to detail she gives her customers when times are gloomy, then I cant wait to actually experience the holidays she has arranged when we can finally go on them. I would have no hesitation in recommending Penny Blay "my" Travel-PA to become "your" Travel-Pa. Keep Safe

When I approached Penny to find me a holiday in the UK, I had a set of very specific requirements for the sort of thing that I was looking for. Which, given the world we find ourself in at the moment, is a challenge in itself. From the outset I knew it wouldn't be easy for anyone and was unsure if it was even possible. However Penny took her time to send me over a number of suggestions. Not one, but two of these suggestions fitted the brief absolutely perfectly. Once I'd finally decided between the two, Penny made the whole process of booking very easy and she was happy to answer (or find the answer to) any questions that I had. The holiday itself was absolutely amazing, it was above and beyond the criteria that I had initially put to Penny, and all seven of us absolutely loved our week away. Penny is already arranging our next holiday for us!! I would highly recommend Penny to anyone looking to book a holiday - in the UK or abroad. Thanks Penny!!
